Think of her as someone just like you. She's a return to innocence and a retort to the over-sexualisation of children. She's pro girl, she shows the many different interests a girl her age can have without limitation, from ballets and horse riding to stargazing and fossil hunting.

She's not a slave to lurid pink and she isn't interested in being a mini-adult. She's like any 9 year old girl - full of energy and joie de vivre. For our target audience she's a bit of a role model - someone to look to for style and behaviour.
